This saves your user profile in the database and allows you to check the status of your orders and view your order history. It also saves you from having to re-enter this information when you return to do more shopping. This feature is common on most e-commerce sites. Your credit card information is never saved.
Just as in a physical store, your Shopping Cart holds items until you are ready to check out. From the Shopping Cart you can:
• Proceed to check out
• Continue shopping
• Remove items
You can always get back to your cart by clicking the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the menu icon in the upper right-hand corner of the store and select “Login/Logout” from the dropdown menu. At the Secure Sign In Page, click on “Forgot Your Password?” Enter your email address to have a password reset email sent to you.
Click on the menu icon in the upper right-hand corner of the store and select “Dashboard” from the dropdown menu. Locate the order you want to check and click on the Order ID to view the order. The system will email you when your order ships with a tracking number as long as you have entered a valid email address.

All inventory items that still have the original tags attached with no visible signs of damage may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. An item without the original tag may not be returned.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS cannot be returned because they are produced especially for you.
For inventory returns, please include a copy of the packing slip (if you still have it), your name and contact information and instructions on whether you want a credit or exchange for a like item in another size. The return address is:

All inventory items are fulfilled and shipped from Sterling Heights, MI.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS are shipped directly from the manufacture and takes anywhere from 1-7 business days after production.
For inventory items, orders received by 2PM EST will be shipped the same day, Monday through Friday. Any orders after 2PM EST will be shipped the following business day.
For SPECIAL ORDER ITMES, orders will take up to 1-3 weeks for delivery. Please contact Customer Care if you need something sooner.
Our freight carriers are unable to deliver packages to a P.O. Box.
