Order Timelines & Delivery Information
All orders will be delivered to the jobsite once they arrive at Iconic’s head office.
Awards are made to order, requiring 4-5 weeks for delivery. Orders are placed by our vendor on the 1st and 16th of each month (or the next Monday if these dates fall on a weekend). From the bulk order placement date, delivery to Iconic’s head office takes approximately 4 weeks. We will then arrange timely delivery to the jobsite. You will be notified of any stock issues.
Online Points Update
We aim to update all employees’ points on the online store by the 15th of each month.
Returns / Exchanges
Only products with a manufacturer defect can be returned for exchange. Notify Creo Promotional Solutions of any defects within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Employee Recognition Earning Points
1 point for every 10 hours of safe work.
20 points on your birthday.
100 points for an Iconic employment anniversary.
Recognition for safety performance, culture, job performance, and leadership through Iconic’s four pillars, as determined by onsite supervision and approved by the project manager.
100 points for a positive Indeed and/or Glassdoor review.
100 points for maintaining a LinkedIn profile stating your current role at Iconic.
Carrying Over Points
Points can be carried over from previous years for more expensive items.
Unemployment
Points remain in your account for one year after unemployment. Your online store access is active for 2 weeks post-employment. You have two options:
Spend your points within two weeks of termination.
Leave your points if you plan to return to Iconic within a year.
Spending Points
You can spend your points at your convenience. Place your order online, and it will be processed on the next order date. For items exceeding your points balance, you will receive an invoice from Creo for the remaining amount, payable before order processing.
Coveralls & Boot Allowance
We now offer one free pair of coveralls per year and 50% off boots up to $500, equating to a $250 allowance per year.
